Hello Panthers!  I'm the School Library Media Coordinator, and I'm so happy to be spending my 6th year as a Pitts School Road Panther!  I would love to help you find books and credible resources, while also facilitating a love for inquiry, hands-on learning, and of course, READING.  

This will be my 23rd year in education, but my 14th year having the best job ever...a school librarian!  I've taught 2nd, 4th, and 5th grade as a classroom teacher, but my favorite is being in the media center where I can work with all students and support teachers.  

When I'm not working, I enjoy hanging out with my family, traveling, reading, shopping, and watching sports!

Parents, you can make shopping easy and cash-free by filling your child’s eWallet, a digital payment option that empowers students to shop independently while staying within budget.  We also need volunteers to help make this event a success! From setting up displays to assisting young readers in finding their next favorite book, your time and support make a big difference.
